Students interested in playing sports during the 2025-2026 school year can get their mandatory sports physical for free at the school during the day on May 15th or May 20th.  In order to get this free physical athletes will need to complete the attached physical packet.  The packet must be completed by them and their parents and returned to the high school office in order to be signed up for an appointment.  Appointments will not be made if the packet is incomplete.  We only have 135 appointments available and there will not be another free physical opportunity for the 2025-2026 school year.  Appointments will be on a first come, first serve basis.  Packets are also available at the high school office and the school district administration office.
