Corry squared off against McDowell in a non-region crossover game Thursday night in the Beaver Dam. The lady Trojans had an early 11-8 lead after one and extended that lead going into halftime with a score of 22-13. In the second half, Corry’s shooting continued to struggle which led to the Beavers falling to the Trojans 43-30.

Grace Allen led the Beavers offensively with 17 pts followed by Halle Albers with 4 pts, Sadye Dyne with 3 pts-1 assist, Regan Kemp with 2 pts-1 assist, and Rylee Nickerson and Haley Mumau with 2 pts each. Dyne led us on the boards with 8 rebounds-2 blocks while Nickerson had 7 rebounds-1 steal, Mumau with 3 rebounds-2 steals, Allen with 3 rebounds, Albers with 2 rebounds, and Kaygen Rogers and Kemp with 1 rebound each.

Corry will resume region play next week when they host Harbor Creek Monday night.
